Since our launch in 2014, we have brewed more than 750 distinct recipes — The sky is the limit!

At DSB, we believe that stellar beer starts with quality ingredients, that’s why we consider our investment in quality malt, hops, yeast, along with other ingredients like fruits, spices, and vegetables, to be the very beginning.

Brewing all our beer in our hometown community of Flagstaff at either our 3-bbl system in our downtown taproom or our 10-bbl production facility, it all adds up to the Dark Sky Brewing team crafting beer that is as fun and delicious as possible!

We innovate often in the vast galaxy that is the multi-dimensional IPA style ~ from hazy, double hazy, triple hazy, to Single Hop IPA, West Coast IPA, Cold IPA, and Black IPA! We invest a lot of time in our sizable lager program ~ we’re very proud to find the time and horizontal lager tank space for them. We also invest in our wood aging program via our sour foeder, lagering foeder, or the many wine, whiskey or tequila barrels. We love to experiment with fruit beer, sour beer, smoked beer, coffee beer, barrel-aged beer, and anything else we can think of -
